Venue Description:
We would like to offer you our wonderful Conservatory and Garden Room for your summer party. The two rooms together can accommodate up to 450 guests reception style and therefore ideal for your numbers. The Conservatory you will experience fine hospitality amongst the trees, tropical plants with the tranquil sound of the fish pools and the birds in the aviary, whilst the Garden Room offers view over Barbican lakes. Please note that only acoustic music is permitted in the Conservatory, though any kind of amplified music is allowed in the Garden Room e.g. DJ/band.
You may also be interested to know that we provide a cloakroom which will be manned throughout the event free of charge. A steward is also provided free of charge to welcome your guests as they arrive. The Barbican Centre is fully accessible.
A tropical oasis in the heart of the city which is home to finches, quails, exotic fish and over 2,000 species of tropical plants and trees.
Protected by its glass roof it is suitable to be used in any weather conditions and can accommodate up to 100 delegates for a standing fork buffet or 150 guests for a drinks reception.

The £40 package is only available on Monday, Tuesday & Friday. All prices exclude VAT at the current rate. Prices are based on a minimum of 80 people. Dishes may contain nuts. Optional service charge of £12.5% will be added to the final invoice. Seated supplement of £4 + VAT per person.
