Mary Ward House is a fascinating Grade 1 listed building built in 1898 and financed by the wealthy philanthropist Passmore Edwards. Mary Ward, the novelist and social reformer, was the inspiration behind the endeavour to provide a centre of training, care and entertainment for the less fortunate in society.

Each finely proportioned room has its own unique character and ambience, from the distinctive library to the extensive Mary Ward Hall. All of our rooms have natural daylight. There is also a large outdoor courtyard and garden which provides a tranquil haven in Central London.

Guests will enter through a magical snow covered forest, lit with softly glowing candles before making their way into our luxurious chalet, complete with roaring fires. A musical jazz trio will entertain as reception cocktails are served.

Following reception drinks clients will be ushered through an ice tunnel into a stunning secret enchanted snowland where the banquet will take place. The snowland, complete with stalactites, stars, snow flakes and all manner of snow creatures will form a perfect backdrop for guests to luxuriate in divine food and unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks. After guests have feasted, an Aerial Artist will entertain before our top DJ injects some fire into the party playing a selection of hand-picked tunes to create a tailored party atmosphere.
