The wealth of experience of our in-house Catering team is on hand to offer guidance with menu selection and wine suggestions to accompany the food using their Wine and Spirit Education Trust knowledge.

Fine Dining - We are able to host themed evenings with all the finest finishing touches from Villeroy & Boch china, Spiegelau glassware, flowers, music, lighting effects andpersonalised stationery to accompany the finest food and wines. Our in house Executive Chef and his team will design a seasonal bespoke menu accompanied by wine suggestions from our expertly trained Wine Spirit Education Trust Sommeliers to accompany each dish.

Private events
Brasserie One can be booked for exclusive use for up to 60 diners during lunch times. In addition the restaurant can be hired for standing receptions on weekday evenings accommodating up to 80 people. An extensive choice of canapes and beverages can be served within this contemporary and modern setting. Pre-ordering and deposits will be required for group and exclusive use bookings.
