Venue Description:
Paramount event space is based on Level 31 at Centre Point and is a very unique and contemporary venue; by raising guests 385 feet above London to experience breathtaking 360 degree views, it ultimately provides an amazing backdrop to any event.
It is a large open plan space and has a central fixed Bar.
The room hire would include 3 x 52 inch HD plasmas screens, plus a drop down cinema screen with in-built sound system, two handheld microphones and our in-house lounge furniture. We also have a presentation stage block (1ft high x 4ft wide x 5ft long) available to use for the event, and DJ equipment to hire, if it’s of interest.

Our general day rate to hire the space from 7am – 5pm would be £2000 (plus VAT), with a minimum spend of £5000 on food & drink, plus staff costs (15%) & VAT
Our general evening rate to hire the space from 6pm – 1am would be £3000 (plus VAT), with a minimum spend of £7000 on food & drink, plus staff costs (15%) & VAT
If earlier access is required, our general full day rate to hire the space from 7am – 1am is £4000 (plus VAT), with a minimum spend of £9000 on food & drink, plus staff costs (15%) & VAT.
As Centre Point is a high security building we ask that all clients load into the building before 7am and load out after 6.30pm; access delivery details are attached above.
All catering is in-house, and all Staffing and AV is included in the hire- if you would like to bring in additional AV, you are welcome to use your own preferred supplier.
