Venue Description:
The Riviera International Conference Centre offers 10 conference rooms to choose from, the largest of which is the Forum Hall with a capacity for 1500 delegates, theatre style. The RICC can also provide a variety of ancillary rooms for seminars, workshops, small meetings and breakout sessions. The flexibility of the centre's rooms means that the RICC can offer a choice of halls suitable for exhibitions, ideally situated close to one another to ensure a steady flow of delegates to the exhibition stands.
Wi-fi is available throughout the centre and we have an in-house AV team, who are able to meet with you directly during the enquiry process in order to help us meet all of your event needs. We also have a dedicated team of staff that are able to turn any room into the venue that you require in the quickest time possible time, whether it be large theatre-style conferences, or elegant Gala Dinners, the Riviera International Centre is able to cater to all.
Utilising Conference Torquay, which has a base here at the RICC, all events are able enjoy the attention of one dedicated events coordinator, rather than being passed from person to person without having one point of reference.
At the RICC we have a strategic plan for continuous improvement on environmental issues. In 2006 the Centre achieved Silver Status in the Green Tourism Business Award, and has maintained this status by regaining the silver award this year, making the RICC one of the few conference venues in the UK to do so. We actively encourage our visitors to be green aware, we offer car sharing options on our Conference Torquay website and where possible use regional and local produce and local support companies.

Facilities are available 7-days-a-week, with tailored quotes available upon request.
9 plenary rooms are available, including our Grace Murrell Suites, which can hold 200 delegates or, alternatively can be sub-divided into 4 smaller plenary rooms. There are numerous refreshment areas and the RICC can boast its own separate delegate entrance and box office, as well as cloakrooms attached to the main function halls.
