Venue Description:
Wellington Arch, ideally situated in the centre of Hyde Park Corner, is available for private hire. With stunning views over London from the two exterior balconies, the Arch offers a truly unique venue for entertaining. The modern exhibition details the history of the Arch from its’ conception in 1825 through its’ controversial use as the monument to the Duke of Wellington, to its more recent use as London’s smallest police station.
The function space consists of two rooms, The Ante Room and The Burton Room. There is natural daylight and guests are permitted to drink and smoke on the external balconies. Due to the historical nature of the building we are unable to accommodate amplified music, however acoustic music such as string quartets, guitarists, drummers etc have all worked well in the past.
